How we work, and who we work with.

BigMyke Wellness exists because private health in Lagos and Abuja is often fragmented. Training in one place. Recovery in another. Nutrition as a PDF that never meets the kitchen. We hold those pieces as one relationship, for clients who need the work to remain unseen.

Why the practice is small.

Affluent life in this country has a particular shape. Weeks run long. Hospitality is not optional. Travel is sudden. Security is part of the household. Family obligations sit beside board duties. A plan that ignores those facts is decoration.

We keep a short roster so that a client in Ikoyi and a client in Maitama can both reach a principal of the practice, not a call centre. Smallness is the product. It is how discretion stays real, and how the work stays personal when the week turns.

Many of our clients come by introduction. The form on this site is also enough. We do not require a referral. We do require a genuine wish to work, and the patience for a first conversation that is unhurried.

Five movements, from first note to review.

  1. A conversation

We listen first. You tell us how you live, how you travel, and what you would like to change. If we are not the right practice, we say so. The conversation is not a sales call.

  2. A discreet assessment

In your home or at the studio, we look at movement, recovery, medical context you wish to share, and the real constraints of staff, security, and calendar. Nothing is filmed.

  3. A written plan

You receive a plan you can actually live with: sessions, recovery, nutrition, and travel notes. It is short enough to read. It is specific enough to follow.

  4. Quiet delivery

Coaches and therapists arrive on time, work, and leave. We fit the household, not the other way round. Studio visits can be staggered when privacy requires it.

  5. Review

We adjust. We do not perform progress for an audience. If the plan is wrong, we rewrite it. If the season has changed, we change with it.

Discretion is the default, not an upgrade.

We do not photograph clients. We do not name clients, even in rooms that feel private. Our team signs confidentiality terms. Arrivals at the studio can be staggered. Home visits are the norm.

Your staff will know us as people who arrive on time, use the entrance they are given, and leave without creating a scene in the hall. If your household runs on protocol, we will learn it once and keep it.

We serve principals and their families, founders, and senior public officers who cannot train in public rooms. Many split the year between Lagos, Abuja, London, and the Gulf. The practice is built for that split, not surprised by it.

A quiet bedroom with linen bedding and trees beyond the windows.

The studio is a room, not a stage.

Off Bourdillon in Ikoyi, the studio is used when a home gym is not the right setting, or when a client wants an hour that does not belong to the household. It is appointment only. There is no front desk theatre and no one waiting to be seen.

If this sounds like the right room, write to us.

Lagos and Abuja. By appointment. A first visit is enough to know whether we should continue.
